Your rights at a glance

How we verify your request

For requests to know, delete, or correct, we will need to verify your identity by matching at least two pieces of information you provide against our records (name, email, phone, ZIP). For opt-out requests, no verification is required by law — we will honor the opt-out within 15 business days of receipt.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written, signed permission from you to act on your behalf, and we may require you to verify your own identity directly.
